Growing up, Tyson Landrum experienced the effects of poor communication, little to no guidance, negative peer influence, and limited opportunities for healthy social development. He understands what it feels like to be shaped by your environment and forced to make decisions based on survival rather than wisdom.
For a season, his environment became his classroom. The lessons weren't always healthy, but they were powerful. They revealed how easily young people learn to wear a mask, pursue the wrong definition of success, and slowly disconnect from the purpose they were created to fulfill.
Everything changed when Tyson was introduced to opportunities for personal growth through meaningful relationships, mentorship, self-education, faith, and intentional reflection.
One decision, one tool, and one intentional action at a time, he built a new foundation for his life.
That transformation became the foundation of TL Inspires - a movement dedicated to helping others build lives of purpose through practical development.
